Bosch has just made life a little easier for consumers.
Just Monday, Bosch made its online network of Bosch Service Centers live. The new consumer Web site is designed to help generate business by helping motorists locate nearby Bosch Service Center (BSC) shops and enhancing their service experience.
The site home page details why Bosch Service Centers are among the best in the industry — mainly because of the company requirements of high standards in technical ability and customer service for every affiliated shop. Shops that you would "send your grandmother to."
Site features include a shop search function, allowing consumers to plug in their vehicle make, model and zip code to find the nearest businesses able to service their vehicle. Google maps accompany each shop listing, giving site users turn-by-turn directions to shop locations.
Soon to come will be the functionality for BSC shops to post special offers that will accompany the shop listing. The offers will be printable for added value with the consumer's vehicle service.
A page tab is dedicated to promoting careers within the Bosch Service network. The page allows current and apprentice technicians to fill out employment applications and submit them directly to BSC shops in their area.
The site also details Bosch's commitment to environmental responsibility and the green efforts made within the company.
