CARSTAR, ANPAC reach agreement

CARSTAR Franchise Systems, Inc., the nation's largest group of collision repair shops, has established a national relationship with ANPAC, a leading consumer auto insurance company.

The new arrangement will add nearly 170 CARSTAR stores to ANPAC's Five Star Claim Service program titled Car Care Repair (CCR).  CARSTAR repair shops will enhance the existing service levels of the CCR program while providing additional claim support for ANPAC's future policy growth.  CARSTAR has worked with ANPAC in the past and is looking forward with great enthusiasm to growing its relationship with ANPAC.

Tim Compton, ANPAC's CCR Advisor, expects that the relationship will continue to bring both companies success. "We're developing a stronger relationship with CARSTAR and they have a proven track record of providing exceptional collision repair, industry leading cycle times, and superior customer service. We look forward to our mutual growth," he says.

ANPAC prides itself in presenting its customers with a choice of repair shops. The addition of the CARSTAR shops will provide additional quality opportunities for the customers to choose from if they wish to use the CCR Direct Repair Program.

With 275 domestic locations, CARSTAR leads the nation in the number of shops and in customer satisfaction.  CARSTAR shops are independently-owned and operated. The organization focuses on providing consistent customer experience throughout the nation.

ANPAC is an agent-to-consumer auto insurance company that values the agent/consumer relationship.

"CARSTAR has been busy building a quality collision network for nearly twenty years," Compton says. "They consistently exceed 97% on CSI ratings, reflecting their excellence. They know how to treat customers from the moment they enter the door, and we like being associated with this type of experience."

CARSTAR is no stranger to national DRP programs. They currently have over six national relationships with other major carriers across the country.

"We know, to reach our maximum potential CARSTAR has to continue to provide consistent, repeatable, and predictable outcomes while delivering world class customer service. ANPAC is a successful organization that places a great deal of value on delivering strong customer service for affordable prices.  This is right in line with what we are about." says Dan Young, SVP of Insurance.
