Beck/Arnley announces Robert Sullivan has recently joined the company as a product specialist. In this role, Sullivan is responsible for product management efforts, including the introduction of new products, determining target pricing, creating new product packaging, researching and developing new product applications and technical literature, and working with data management personnel on maintaining catalog, interchange and pricing databases.
He reports to Tom Fritsche, director of product management for Beck/Arnley, and oversees various products, including wheel bearing and hub assemblies, engine and transmission mounts, thermostats, water outlets, fuel pressure regulators, new and remanufactured fuel injectors and seal kits.
Sullivan recently graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin (UTM) with a bachelor's degree in business operations and a minor in math and management. Prior to attending UTM, Sullivan earned a degree in automotive science from Nashville State Technical Community College and worked as an automotive technician at Saturn of Cool Springs in Franklin, Tenn. Sullivan holds four ASE certifications.
“We are all excited about the addition of Robert to our product team,” says Fritsche. “We’re lucky to have found someone who not only studied automotive science in college, but also had the opportunity to use his classroom knowledge in the ‘real world’ as an automotive technician. Robert’s experience will benefit Beck/Arnley customers because he truly knows what technicians need to repair foreign nameplate vehicles.”
