SPX Service Solutions has entered into a five year agreement with AGCO Corp of Duluth, Ga., to supply AGCO dealers worldwide with the newly released AGCO Electronic Diagnostic Tool (EDT).

Under the terms of the agreement AGCO will develop the program diagnostic content and SPX Service Solutions will be provide AGCO dealers with the diagnostic hardware;  design and maintain an ecommerce web-site utilizing the new SPX Service Solution’s SRS (Service Readiness System) program; provide after sales support including web-based updates to the diagnostic platform; provide loaner and repair services; and, technical support services at three regional SPX Service Solutions global technical service locations.

The AGCO EDT program is a newly developed common diagnostic platform capable of supporting all AGCO brands worldwide and will first be released in North America, Europe and Australia in the first quarter of 2009.
